Update on 100 miles Fitness Challenge


I took the first step today and worked out after work. I did 15 minutes on the bike and then walked 2 miles on the treadmill. So progress stands at 3/100 . I have a long way to go.

Good news is that we're all starting from zero. You'll get there!! (I only have 3, too but hope to get some tonight!).
