I'd love to a have a copy of these. I've lost close to 35 pounds and have managed to keep it off for about 2 years. However, now that I'm at a better weight I really need to get in shape as well.

It's nice to see a book like this focus on what is really important - making a lifestyle change! Diets are just temporary, but lifestyle changes can last forever.
