ABOUT THE BOOK
Some secrets just won't stay buried.
When strange bones surface on a U.S. senator's property, the FBI enlists forensic entomologist Nick Polchak to investigate the forgotten graveyard. Polchak's orders are simple: figure out the mess.
But Polchak, known as the "Bug Man" because of his knowledge of insects and their interaction with the dead, senses darker secrets buried beneath the soil.
Secrets that could derail the senator's presidential bid.
Secrets buried in the history of a quaint Virginia town.
Secrets someone is willing to kill to protect.
With the help of a mysterious local woman named Alena and her uncanny cadaver dogs, Polchak sets out to dig up the truth.
But with a desperate killer hot on his trail, he'll be lucky to wind up anything less than dead.

My Review: I loved this book. I love all the Bug Man books. You do not have to read the previous books in the series for this one to make sense. Although there is some history between Nick and the first lead FBI investigator that came from another book. Good history not bad and not essential so you're okay even though I recommend all the books. This is probably the most well crafted of all the books. It is a great mystery/suspense book. The characters are interesting and unique as is the plot. I was drawn into the book and I did not want to put it down. Although published by a Christian publisher there is not anything religious in the book. Even though it is still a great book. Anybody would love this book. I highly recommend it. :)
