My Review:

I thought this was a cute western historical romance book. It is second in the series but it stands alone fine. The romance between Cade and Zoe seems believable. I liked the way the small community came together to help Cade and Zoe. I did not agree with all the events that happened at the end morally. Overall a good book and recommended to fans of this genre.

My Thoughts:
Overall it was an good read. I love Lori Copeland's books and have read most of her Christian fiction but this one was just okay. It was an enjoyable short book with interesting characters and bit predictable plot. It was so short it did not feel fully developed. I would have loved for it to be twice the length. It does put you in the Christmas spirit and remind us of what is important so the goal was achieved. :)

My Review:

I have read most of Lori Copeland's Christian fiction books and liked them including her historical westerns. For some reason this book did not quite click all the way with me. The plot line itself is interesting and the characters have potential. Some scenes were funny like the three boys hired to stop the outlaws from ravaging the town and the wacky solutions they developed. But the religious aspect felt a little forced like it was added later which is what happened. Overall this is an okay romantic historical western Christian fiction book. I still look forward to reading the next book in the series to see what happens.

My Review: Willow Madison is the first of the "Belles of Timber Creek" and her story is Twice Loved. She comes to live with her Uncle in Thuder Ridge because he wrote her about Silas Sterling and his money. They were thinking of her marrying him and solving a whole lot of peoples' problems. They did not count on Tucker Gray the sawmill owner. This is a good read at times funny. I am big Lori Copeland fan. :)

I am sorry I have been so busy again with school. I take my last final exam for the semester on Monday night. I have been trying to read in between stuff. Bad Brittanie because I need to be studying. I have read quite a few books that I have not posted on. I will try to remember all of them and catch up. One I read recently that I liked a lot was the new Lori Copeland book "Simple Gifts".
