It was very inspitational. For the first time in my 50 years I started an exercise program and am SO thankful that I did. I feel better than I have in years ... maybe decades. And after following her plan the weight is coming off nicely. I totally understand the breast lift and augmentation, too. After breastfeeding 7 children and also losing weight, my breasts sagged a ridiculous amount. I later ended up with breast cancer followed by a double mastectomy and reconstruction. Having gone through all that I now see that, had I not had cancer, it would have really helped my confidence if I could have had a lift and augmentation. That's just my two cents worth. :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2701339973055222410.post-36922840831253388522011-01-03T11:06:50.739-06:002011-01-03T11:06:50.739-06:00I read her first book and I liked it but I think t...I read her first book and I liked it but I think the fact that she had plastic surgery to enhance the boobs kind of put me off. That and I didn't totally agree with her diet advice, although she's skinny and I'm not! I think that first chapter proves I made a wise decision in skipping this one. Getting your face made up for a c-section is nutty. LOL My opinion. :)Bookfoolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08247136634069540446noreply@blogger.com
